Family Togetherness, Holiday Outfits and Good Food Make For A Great Thanksgiving

Article and Photos by Nick Salacki

This is my family and I. My younger sister came home from New Orleans and my grandmother visited from Connecticut. In the morning, we all watched the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, one of our traditions, and we enjoyed every part of it, including the Radio City Rockettes and the Dog Show that followed after. Later, we all got washed up and dressed to go have out Thanksgiving dinner which was held at Club Meade, Fort Meade, MD. The food was subpar but we did not let that bring us down. We all enjoyed the time we spent together and I enjoyed debuting my amazing and specially picked out Christmas outfit. Happy Holidays!
